Mrs. Blythe Graft
Preschool Pre-K & STEAM Teacher
Mrs. Blythe Graft became the PreK teacher at First Presbyterian Church Preschool in 2019. Mrs. Graft knew she wanted to be a teacher ever since she was a young girl growing up in the Chicagoland area. She is the oldest of seven children. Graduating from the University of Iowa with a BA in Elementary Education specializing in reading instruction, she is very excited to share her love of Reading with your children. A love of Art and Music and a curiosity about the world around us will also be encouraged daily in her classroom.
    Mrs. Graft loves being a mom to her two school-aged children. She believes each day is a gift with the potential to discover new things. Mrs. Graft wishes to create a classroom environment where each child feels special and valued. The PreK classroom will be a place where your child has the opportunity to grow wonderful new friendships and develop exciting new skills to prepare for Kindergarten.
